No Guarantee of Outcomes

Refund Policy

Consultation sessions may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable; however, one free reschedule is permitted. Digital products (PDF reports, email courses, downloadable content) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Physical products may be returned within 7 days if received in unopened, original condition — the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
